We are return Zerorez customers and yesterday we once again scheduled a carpet cleaning. Ian was our technician and we couldn’t have been happier. The technician, Ian, was very helpful and did a great job cleaning our carpet. He took care of the pet urine smell. The carpet looks great.
We love Ian and the special attention he gives to cleaning and making our place spotless. We love not having the residue buildup in the carpets because it doesn't accumulate dirt afterward. The person who came to clean three rooms spent less than an hour. There were areas of the carpet that had some mineral deposits from some water that had gotten onto the floor. No extra time or effort was spent on those spots and they didn't come clean.
