The cleaning really fluffed up my carpet. I think time will tell how clean and how well the product used worked. So far I’m happy.

The technician was on time, called just ahead of his arrival, was knowledgeable about his work and did an excellent job. We had an issue with pretreating process at the door jambs in one room that has a looped carpet. Griffith let us know right away the the issue was fixed within 24 hours. We will definitely be using Zerorez in the future. We were quite happy with the results.

We had soiled carpets because my husband cannot remove this shoes. Eric your employee removed all the spots and I felt very secure with him in our home. Our carpets look great.

The carpet doesn't really look any different. There were only a couple of spots and one of them is still there. Didn't care for the operator who didn't seem to me to be very competent and certainly not very personable

I received a $25 coupon from my last time I had my carpets cleaned but I couldn't use for the service I wanted because it wasn't a certain amount. So I had to add some kind of protection to be added in order to use my coupon. How did this saving me money? I didn't want the carpet protection. If you have a minimum requirement you should print that on the coupon so the customer knows they have to hit that certain amount.
