My one concern is how long it took to dry. The technician finished by 12:30pm and said it might take about six hours to dry because it was a little bit cooler day (still in the 70’s). We had ceiling fans going in all the rooms, however by 9 pm the carpets were still quite damp and it was a challenge to get the kids to bed because the carpets were too damp to take the smaller furniture off the beds and put it back. I don’t think that was normal, I’ve used zerorez multiple times and I’ve never had an issue before.
Punctual (early), Zach had good manners, professional and worked diligently to remove any stains and debris from carpets. Reasonably priced and did a better cleaning than previous company. Thanks Again.

I am very pleased with Zack from Zerorez and the job he did of cleaning our carpets in our home! He was very professional and respectful. I am a stickler for cleanliness and have always cleaned my own carpets but this year health issues didn’t allow me to do my own cleaning. Zack did a GREAT JOB! My carpets look CLEAN!!

Allow me to pay online when pre-paying due to not being home when cleaning is scheduled.
I don’t like telling someone my credit card info over the phone.
Or look at my history and see that I’ve always paid and allow me to pay after the cleaning, even if I’m not home when the cleaning occurs.

All the additional charges that were kept adding to our original " Even when I cancel one of the wool rugs. You can nickel and dine your people to death and guess what you'll have no business. In Hawaii at the market when you buy some vegetable or something from someone they always give you one extra for free maybe you should do likewise on the way out sahay is there a little rug we can do for free
It was amazing how clean the carpet turned out.
I loved the customer service aspect of Zerorez. I was sent a confirmation email to remind me of my appointment. I was texted by tech that he was on his way. The carpet tech showed up on time, explained the procedure, performed the cleaning, and was cleaned up and out within 70 minutes. The entire transaction was efficient and enjoyable.

the service the technician provided was both excellent and professional. our carpets were very soiled from two years of damage from my wife's wheelchair and jazzy and needed extra treatment. When he was finished the carpets and two recliners were cleaned to perfection. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone needing to get their carpets looking good.

We have had other carpet cleaners in the past and have never been pleased with the result. After Ian, from Zerorez, finished cleaning our carpets, we were amazed at how beautiful they looked. They have not been this clean in years! Ian was very efficient and got the job done quickly. We were also pleased at how quickly the carpets dried. We will definitely call Zerorez again.
I do not remember the name of the person who cleaned my carpets, but he certainly did a very good job, especially on the areas where they really needed cleaning, it took quite a long time for them to dry, but are looking very nice now. I like your product, as it cleans well and does not leave any residue.... My thanks for your product, and especially to the man who did such a great job.
I wish that some of the areas had been pretreated a little more. Some of the pathways are still pretty evident, but maybe they are impossible to get clean. Also, one of the area rugs I asked him to clean he forgot to do and I didn't catch it until after he left, so one of the rugs was missed. I think it was charged but not cleaned. It was never wet and doesn't look like it was cleaned. Otherwise, he did a good job. I do appreciate that there is not a sticky stiff residue left on my carpets and that they feel soft and clean.

We love our carpets after you clean them. The process uses no chemicals so is pet friendly and the carpets do not attract dirt or spots. We have always used zerorez and been very happy. We wouldn't use anyone else. Thank you for your professional service and personal.
