We moved to St George 1 1/2 years ago and have had Zerorez out twice. They are very professional and friendly. They do a really good job and I highly recommend them.
The technician was on time, very courteous, explained everything and answered all our questions. We have used a couple of different companies over the past year and Zerorez by far has been the best! We will definitely be using them from here on out.
Great service; technition arrived at scheduled time, calling first to let me know of status, discussed service plan & answered questions, courteous, and my carpet looks & smells great! Soft too. It's 20 years old, but looks newer.

Ionized water, minimum chemicals. Friendly, efficient technician. Well organized office that called twice to advise me of cancellations so I could get earlier service.
1. I was a little surprised I wasn't shared any details about how the carpet cleaning went, any stains he couldn't get out, spots to be aware of, if he noticed any specific bad spots from our dog that we might not know about, etc.
2. I also wasn't given a brief recommendation on drying time, tips to dry, wasn't offered complimentary foot booties, etc.
3. I gave a tip, but shouldn't have because of that.
4. The cleaning looks good.
We always have zerorez clean our carpets. The employees are courteous, punctual, and do a great job.

I have always used Resnexus here in Southern Utah and also where I lived before. Besides being a great group of people and a well-run business, their cleaning process is the only way I have found to clean carpet as it leaves no residue. Your carpet remains clean until someone tracks in or spills something new! I have a bed and breakfast and I only need to call Resnexus once a year! I highly recommend this company.

Zerorez arrived as scheduled. Zac, the tech who cleaned my carpets, area rug and upholstered ottoman was efficient, friendly and thorough. His work made a visible difference immediately, and drying time was fast. I really appreciated Zac taking time to also demo the process for cleaning tile & grout. I'll schedule that service next!

I assumed that the heavier pieces of furniture would be moved to clean under them. That did not happen. I am also disappointed that the corners and under cabinet areas of the linoleum were not clean. The stains on the carpet we're gone! The overall appearance of the carpet and linoleum is really good. The person who did the cleaning was professional and worked efficiently.

Service was great …..the tech was on time and even a little early…..He was able to work a miracle on some really nasty carpet……It cleaned up great…..I love using Zero Rez for my carpet cleaning……I will only use Zero Rez for all future carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning…..sure beats buying new carpet or furniture! 👍👍👍👍🙋🏻♀️🥰

Pet cleaning
Once my carpet dried in my living room, there are still big spots that aren’t clean. It wasn’t that dirty to begin with. I had 2 1/2 very small rooms to clean. It was overpriced and not clean.
