They were on time, efficient and friendly. They explained everything they were going to do and even offered an extra service at no charge.
Zerorez gets it clean. Even tough stains or carpets that haven’t been cleaned in two years. Unfortunately my kid spilled milk and ramen noodles in her carpet. It was super gross. And Zerorez got it looking brand new. They even got kids slime putty out of the carpet.
Service is thorough, carpet is not left too wet, (Except more wet when doing pet spot treatment) and the absence of using soapy chemicals is great.
Your technicians were polite and courteous, but more than that, they got some heavy traffic stains out that had built up during the Coronavirus lock-down. Good job!
