I love the workouts. They change daily and are challenging but doable. The coaches are awesome and the girls at the front desk are friendly. The only thing I dislike about the 3rd ward location is the parking.

What I love:
I like that the entire workout is set for me. The instructors are prepared and ready to get us moving. And I like the changing workouts.
What I would like to know:
I’d like to understand better how some people can be in orange zone for 30 min and others (me) for like 8. Its not like I’m taking it easy and they are working their butt off.
A suggestion:
Once a month or maybe every couple weeks an ab focus day. Still treads etc. same format just a focus on abs. Same with bum.

It's' our friends that need to improve, not you guys. Our friends just don't seem to want to change. We have been singing the praises of interval training for 2 years now, they have seen us transform our lives, we have encouraged them repeatedly, they say they want to, but they just don't get what they are missing out on. I will tell everyone I know about how great you are, but I doubt they will come.
It's a great way for me to be consistent with cardio and a little bit of resistance training. (I do my own resistance training the other 5 days of the week.) I enjoy being able to get my heart rate up for the full hour. I always feel refreshed afterward.

it was my first time and have some specific health issues. trainers and staff took those under consideration but still treated me as a full participant
