I love Orangetheory!! Well, it is really more of a love hate relationship...I hate going, but love how I look and feel afterwards. The coaches are amazing and keep you motivated no matter what fitness level you are at. It is the best overall workout you can get in an hour. Anyone who has a competitive side will also love chasing those Splats!!!!!
Liz was great. I liked the individual-ness but also being in a group setting made me want to push myself. I also liked the variety of moves we were doing mixed with cardio

I like the workout does cardio and weights. Some always there to encourage and push you. It’s difficult to keep motivated on your own. All muscle groups are used.
That you are constantly in motions allowing ur body to reach its highest level of endurance throughout the whole workout

I love how quickly the OTF workouts fly by. Sometimes I will dread it all day, but, because I've pre-booked I have to show up. Once I'm there the hour goes so quickly and by the end I'm exhausted and so happy I've completed the class. The staff/coaches and members at OTF Appleton are so amazing and I know it's going to be a great experience every time I show up.

I was traveling to visit family and caught a class with Harley I think? She was great and very welcoming! I had a friend with for her first OTF workout and she did a great job explaining the process and checking on her during class.

Everything. It is the right balance of floor, running and rowing for me. The App is mazing, you can book / cancel at ease. All the coaches are very helpful. And the new studio is bigger and better. Best thing that I did for myself in a long time.
Love the variety the work out brings, and the instructors make all the difference The fact that you aee working against your own goals and not the person next to you, makes it a fun supportive environment

I like that I dont have to think about what I'm doing and how helpful the coaches are if I need assistance. I can just zone out and have me time during my workout
The instructors to a great job of pushing you through a sixty minute workout. I do things in this class that I don't normally do in my day to day workouts. The mix of carduio and weights is great.
It's like having a personal trainer each time I go. I feel accountable to someone other than myself to work harder than I would if I worked out alone.
