For years I tried different workouts and slowly lost interest. I have found my workout for life at OTF. Every day is different but one consistent thing is the coaches!! They keep you motivated, give you options if you are hurt or can’t do a portion of the block. Love the group atmosphere —it’s a family! Fitness for life should be their motto!

The Sun Prairie studio is a welcoming environment. Members are greeted by name upon arrival for their workout and receive individual attention from coaches during the workout. I love that they schedule 15 minutes between classes so those coming and going are not tripping over each other. There are enough classes offered to meet my scheduling needs. Overall, Sun Prairie OTF is a rewarding and effective fitness experience. Highly recommended.
I like the fact that in one hours time Iam exhausted and ready to be done. I like the professionalism of the entire staff and how timely the start times are. The facility is nearly spotless and the clientele is pretty friendly. I also like that the coaches are always watching and are always correcting poor form.
It feels like it’s never the same workout twice and it always includes options customized to fit my fitness level. It is so motivating and encouraging to hear the coach cheer me on and notice my efforts even though I’m not the fastest or lifting the heaviest compared to the rest of the class. The coach makes it feel like a community which I love.
I came back to OTF after taking over a year off recovering from two abdominal surgeries and now I feel so accomplished after completing each class. I’ve been able to get back into the groove at my own pace.
I’ve paid personal trainers and tried so many different things in the past to improve my health and fitness but OTF is by far the best and most effective experience I’ve ever had. It’s the easiest to incorporate into my schedule and it’s fun so I actually look forward to going. LOVE it!!

I especially LOVE the Sun Prairie Studio (I have visited at least 6 other studios around the U.S.) The Coaches are all so knowledgeable, helpful and encouraging! I love how every workout is different, so as not to be bored with the same thing everyday! Also, I feel like I have accomplished a good workout for the day.

There are many fitness programs to join, but OrangeTheory checked all of my boxes. I enjoy how there is a coach present to make sure that we are using the machinery properly, while encouraging us throughout the session. Along with that, OrangeTheory has a positive and inclusive environment from the workers to the client's allowing for you to feel comfortable. Each person has a different goal, and OrangeTheory helps each individual achieve it.

I love everything about OTF. It's HIIT, it works, love the music and the vibe, great motivation from the coaches, and love being instructed vs figuring it out all on my own. Love that there is science behind it!

I love that I always get a great workout without having to plan the exercises and it holds me accountable by having to sign up for classes in advance. The trainers and staff at Shorewood are so friendly and welcoming!
Always full of variety! Keeps me moving and motivated to keep up with the rest of the class. I don't have to be the one to figure out the workouts, it's already done for me!
In general - I do like the one hour and done philosophy. The repetitive type exercises though are not fun. The templates seem to stick with an arm or leg exercise bit too long and then completely ignore variety at times. That is all out of the control of the studio I attend. What I like about the Studio I attend is the coaches. I like that they do not change and appreciate how hard they work to keep me motivated.
Each workout pushes me just a bit out of my comfort zone, whether it's on the rower, floor or tread. The coaches aren't afraid to give you that extra bit of encouragement to try a heavier weight or a faster speed but they also share modifications if something just isn't right for you. I've always felt great after every workout and look forward to the next class
