I love the workout variety and when coaches encourage you along the way. I just wish there was more advice on nutrition within the studio/coaches.
I had to cancel my membership as I have had a reoccurrence of breast cancer (stage 0 so it has been caught early) that started in February and I will have a mastectomy in November. I LOVE the OTF workouts and coaches but rowing and strength exercises are too challenging right now. The staff has offered to modify the upper body workouts for me but I get caught up in the energy and am concerned that I won't pace myself properly. Also, I always feel bad when I get paired up with someone because I'm "older" and have had these breast issues so I'm going to slow down anyone who is paired with me. If I could do a double workout on the treadmill or if you had a class for older and/or imperfect people like me, I would consider coming back. OTF makes working out fun … you guys are great!

When I arrived for 5am class, the vibe and energy was unbelievably energetic! I've been to other studios in the area for 5am classes and have never experienced that. It had a party atmosphere! Loved it! Oh and Amy was awesome too!

Honestly, I despise working out but OTF really makes it easy... Just show up and get through it! The coaches are accommodating and the staff is friendly. Thanks to OTF, I've been working out consistently for about 4 years and brought my cholesterol down and increased overall fitness.

I loved the format! And the time really flew by!
Went to Madison for a good friends wedding and when I had time I visited the Madison OT studio on Mineral Point road. Coach Shania was great. She was very friendly & encouraging. She gave me a couple of good tips while I was working on the weight floor. The desk staff was extremely helpful and easy to chat with. The registration process was easy and quick. Finally, the members were also very welcoming. The studio and equipment very well kept. Only constructive criticism is to put a water fountain in the work out room and turn the a/c down a little bit. Overall a great experience.

Orangetheory workouts encourage me to set goals and challenge myself. The motivation the coaches provide helps keep me going, even when it’s tough! I look forward to going to class to see what new challenge I’ll face.

Coach, music, exercises
The entire workout is fast paced with great upbeat music.
The intensity, the variety, the coaches, the music! Everything! I needed to change up my workout because I was getting bored. Orange Theory was the answer!! 🧡. Thank you OTF!
I really like the fact that the hour goes by quickly because you are doing multiple different workouts and sets.
