Staff was wonderful! After going to just 8 classes in one month, I lost 1 inch from around my waist and 1/4 in from each thigh and hip! My only problem is that to Appleton is a 30 min drive from home and wish there was one in the Green Bay Area.

I love so many things about Orange Theory! The accountability of signing up for classes, the accomplishment I feel after finishing a work out, the friendly staff, and most importantly the positive reinforcement from the coaches and the other members during a class. I never want to workout anywhere else :)
Variety and intervals
Coaches are motivating, knowledgeable and fun! Workout varies daily! Music is stimulating! Equipment is always available in perfect condition! The facility sparkles!
I like that it caters to each individual where they’re at in terms of fitness level and in terms of ability. Today I was feeling a little stiff in my back but was still able to navigate the workout using options.
OTF has a lot of amazing benefits including:

Coach Lindsey was excellent and super motivating. The music was awesome.
The instructor Kelsey was the highlight for me. She was encouraging and helpful in all aspects of the workout.

I've been a member since January 2019. I'm a new mom and started going to OrangeTheory about 6 months after having my first child. I get more and more impressed with every workout I go to. Having a baby sometimes means I cancel late (sad face), but everyone is always so supportive. Jenna and Angie have walked me through adjusting workouts while I was breastfeeding and then building back up when I stopped. Johnnie is phenomenal and a breath of fresh air. Every coach, every employee, every fellow OrangeTheorian has been a ball of welcome energy that I can't get enough of. I'm down 10 pounds and one dress size since joining. And, while that doesn't seem like much, I FEEL better. Playing with my son doesn't wear me out. I can throw him in the air and run with him in circles and that's all I ever wanted out of this experience. So big thanks to OTF Brookfield!
Awesome coaches, awesome workouts. Been a member for a little over a year and half and have seen increase in strength and endurance as well as weight loss. Very happy with my results so far and very much looking forward to continuing my progress.

It's a challenging workout that's always changing, can be modified, fast-paced, and motivating from other participants as well as the coaches.
