I love treadmill intervals work (I know, weird right?) I feel like I get a great full body workout in an hour.
I get a full body workout every single time, and am pushed to do my very hardest because I’m not paying attention to “time” or “speed” but rather my heart rate. I’ve already had to increase my speed and incline multiple times on the treadmill in order to keep my heart rate up so I know I’m pushing myself every single day

The variety, having a coach there to correct form, answer questions, and cue you to increase/decrease intensity, the towers are awesome, and the location is perfect!

Upbeat and motivating, covers various areas of body training. Maximum effort varies for each individual so many fitness levels can work together without competition. Moving between different stations keeps workout interesting
I love the friendly Emma at the front desk; I love the diversity of the workouts. I really like partner/group workouts because they create extra motivation/challenges. I like all the coaches, each with a different style. I love their enthusiasm in the morning. I like the people who work out with me. And it’s a great workout that makes me feel great in the morning.

traveling in appleton, tried your new studio, workout was consistent, effective and challenging, this is why i love OTF and the same reason i stay as a member so does my husband.
I love the sense of community and seeing familiar faces every day. The workout pushes me a lot harder than I push myself and I feel accomplished at the end of each workout.
