I think the heartrate monitors are amazing. I love the interval workouts on the treadmills and the rowers. Fun music. Good vibes.
It's fast paced but accessible. There's an element of competition but it's not so competitive that it's off putting or exclusive. A 60-minute workout goes by so fast!

Positive environment
Although there is a set workout routine per class, a person can advise the coach that you are tailoring your workout to some degree to meet your individual needs. I mean I need a few extra minutes to warm up to reach my base level and a few extra minutes to recover and cool down. I want to monitor my joints and tendons to ensure all is good. The workout routine appears to be targeted for those age 25 to 45. Also, recovery on the treadmill back to base level walking does not work for me. I at least jog at base (5.0 MPH) to ensure I get 15 to 20 minutes of "Splat" zone points per class. I also run 5K on 2 to 3 days per week for base training. I will share that my metabolism has increased since joining OTF and is contributing to reversal of my Type-2 diabetes :-)
The structure of the workout and accountability when u sign up for a class u have to go.
The trainers are knowledgeable and down right awesome and when needing to ask for advice or questions, they have time to answer.

Mostly cardio with a little bit of strength. Options for running, walking, lifting, and other limitations. The availability across the country makes it easy to not pay for sessions that end up going unused.
I find the workouts to be very motivating and worthwhile. I’ve done many competitive sports teams and clubs, and I can honestly say these are the first workouts I’ve actually looked forward to.
