Awesome friendly staff- it is like a family in there!
I like the routine and variety
fast pace, coaching, structured, heart rate monitoring
CONS: Music is too loud, damaging to ears. I feel bad for the coaches who are exposed several hours and days to the loud music. I had class with Karen, a new coach at University District, and she kept mostly music at a reasonable volume. 85 is way too high and not necessary to get us working hard. I talk O.T. up to my friends who would be interested in checking it out except that the music is too loud. O.T. could attract more baby boomers. We are an active bunch!

I like how incredibly efficient the OT workouts are! But mostly I love the people- both the community of awesome athletes that show up to workout and the incredible leadership we are blessed with when we walk in the studio. It’s always a blast and a challenge!!
Great selection of classes, love the workouts, the coaches are well trained for all ages and limitations, front desk and coaches are always friendly and welcoming, loving the lift 45 classes!

Well structured, where I don't stay too long on a single workout. This helps keep me engaged and coming back.
The variety of exercises.
The coaches are wonderful and the workouts are always challenging and engaging. I like the variety and that I get a complete workout each time I come.

Orange Theory coaches like Cherri, Radika, and Kristina--and staff like Peter--turn an otherwise mundane workout into a great experience.
Haley’s playlist was amazing! As a first timer - Haley checked on me often to check my pace, technology uses, and changed a movement due to an injury.

As tough as each workout is, I get FOMO when I'm not there. I haven't found this level of engagement since I took step aerobics back in the 90's.
I've been going pretty consistently (usually 5 days a week) since the beginning of December and can see my body changing. I can't wait to see where I am at the year mark. This isn't quick weight loss either. It's slow and steady which is the key to healthy weight loss.
I tell anyone willing to listen that Orangetheory is the best workout out there and that I love my Tacoma studio people. Both the employees and the members are wonderful people.

The coaches are great, and I like getting a good workout in an hour. I also think the heart monitor adds an incentive, knowing at all times how hard you're working out.
It's a class workout, which motivates me to doing my best and even go beyond in some cases. Also, the coaches teach me how to exercise using the weights. Before OTF, I didn't even know what a chest press was.
I love the workouts, but do wish there was more times available. For $185 a month, it’s be nice to have a 1-2pm class and maybe a couple more on weekends, earlier and/or later. But the coaches and classes are 10/10, more classes is the only critique I can make.

Jacob and Lauren are terrific coaches. They’re always on time, professional yet personable, and intentional in their sessions.
Everything, can work at your own level, good energy to keep me motivated and good variations within each of the core areas (trend, rower, weight).
