What do you like about our workout?

It hits everything. Cardio. Weights. Whole body. I love “all outs” because at 52 I don’t go “all out” in sports and it feels great to get that opportunity again for a few minutes.

What do you like about our workout?

Everything . Combination of cardio , weights , strength endurance fun .... everything I need in a workout . I go in and out and I am done . I love that I am in control of booking my classes on the app. When I cannot make a class I can go to the next and not stress about missing my workout . This is huge for me .
The front desk ladies are very professional and the coaches are sweet and helpful .

What do you like about our workout?

Wow, where do I begin?! It's probably the coaches--they respect, encourage, and empower. I always feel challenged, but supported, by the coaches in the workouts. The workouts themselves are varied, challenging, but understandable, and above all doable! The level of difficulty lies where I choose it to be, and I usually choose to set my goal just beyond what I believe I can accomplish. I come away from workouts invigorated and eager to come back soon, to strive for just that little bit higher achievement. I have tried several other gym type settings and this is the only one that has worked for me!

It changes everyday and keeps me interested in what's next. The coaches are fantastic and motivating, which is exactly what I need to keep going!

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the intensity each workout brings. The coaches are encouraging you to push and go beyond your comfort zone. It's a great 60 minute workout and it goes by fast! The results will also be dramatic when you stay consistent! I appreciate OTF!

Highly motivated and skilled coaches. Every workout is challenging and different every time I attend. The culture at the gym is warm and inviting, as if a member of being in a family. My hats off to the staff that operate the facility.

What do you like about our workout?

Everything! From the friendly faces that greet me and get me checked in, and make sure my heart rate monitor is functioning properly to the time the coaches take to ensure I'm getting the most out of my workouts. I can't believe this studio just opened, the entire crew is so capable and professional they seem like they've been at it for years! I enjoy that the workouts are never the same, they are fast paced and fun, the OTF method provides a sure fire way for me to constantly be challenging myself. Love the energy, music, positivity and the OTF community. I'm obsessed and tell everyone about OTF!

What do you like about our workout?

The efficiency. I hate to waste time. I don’t have to look for anything to complete my workout it’s all right there at my station. I just show up and don’t have to think about anything.

What do you like about our workout?

All the employees are so friendly and make you feel so welcomed the minute you walk in the door. I appreciate it when they help correct the way i am doing a workout so that i get the full benefit of doing it right and also prevent injuring myself. I also love the constant motivation they give me during the one hour class. I never say “I love going to my workouts”, but I truly love going to my workouts! Never thought I would say that!

What do you like about our workout?

When i started nearly four years ago, coaches gave options to modify both to show easier ways to do workouts and ways to make them more challenging. It’s disappointing and, probably contrary to OTF’s perspective, is a detriment to the culture to avoid showing the “challenge modifications.” Otf was built on the idea that it’s a workout for all fitness levels. That’s still true as far as cardio, but attention shouldn’t just be given to the needs of people further down the ladder of progress. Keep your weight room relevant to people who have supported the business for years.
