The coaches support, being able to workout with others, and the variety of ways of how the workouts are put together. I like variety because without it i get bored real quick.
Each class is different, the trainers make sure you are doing the form right ( weight training), the positivity and the coaches making it fun and getting us all motivated.

I am in my 40's and have never really been that excited about working out. I feel like I have finally found the "thing" that will keep me involved in a regular exercise routine. The work-outs are different all the time, the coaches are encouraging and motivating, and it is so much more fun to exercise with other people than trying to do it alone on my own. I love Orange Theory!
The entire team is so welcoming! My husband and I have never had a workout plan and they made us feel right at home. Kristana’s class was challenging but she kept us motivated and we pushed through to the end. We can’t recommend this studio highly enough and are already planning on bringing more friends on board!
Very motivating and personalized. All levels of fitness are welcomed. The variety of the workout is awesome! I have found in the past it was hard to get a good balance of cardio and strength training without having to go to multiple classes or have a few different memberships. Love the energy from each class and coach!
Variety, Intensity and Positivity
High intensity training - great way to get in killer shape in a short amount of time. Have been doing OT for 3 months now and has been a great augment to my current strength/endurance training routine. Highly effective!

You can make it as difficult as you need it to be! Or if you're injured or not feeling well, take it a bit easier on yourself if needed. A very uplifting environment!
Motivating!!!
Orangetheory Fitness is the perfect balance of strength and cardio exercises. Each can be scaled by intensity based on my individual fitness level. The coaches are very attentive to ensuring the exercises are performed correctly to maximize results while preventing injury due to poor form. There is always a class available to meet my schedule which allows me to participate in the workouts more frequently.

These are the hardest workouts I've ever experienced but I love them! The coaches are the best, giving instruction and motivation. I'm on vacation and missing my workouts but will be back in a week, ready to kill it again!
I don’t have to think (I go early) and the workout always challenges me. Also every instructor is motivating and knowledgeable. I’m about 10 or 12 classes in and I am starting to really see and feel the results I am after!
