Orange Theory workouts are a highlight of my week! I feel like i'm getting in all around better shape since i've started the workouts. I love the coaches so much. I take classes with Ida and Luiz and they're the best: super motivating and attentive to form, injuries, and exercise modifications. H
Staff greets you with a smile, they are friendly and are excited to have you there. Coaches are helpful whenever I have questions about what to do, how to do it, or need a modification. They are encouraging and know how to get inside my head when they speak not directly to me, but to the entire room. I get a great workout every time whether I arrive wanting to be there or not, I leave with a sense of accomplishment. Renton Highlands location is the BEST :)
I love it because you never know what work out you’re gonna be doing that day. It’s a great mixture of rowing, treadmill, and weight workout.

I love everything about Orangetheory!
I joined about 5 years ago, and it has changed my life! I was never very structured about exercising, amd the 8-hour cancelation policy helps keep me from talking myself out of it.
Also the heart monitor helps me focus on health, not just weight loss. The music and coach on a mike take me back to my clubbing days!

I love the coaches, that I can get a great workout in an hour. Using the armband and app to track and monitor my progress is really helpful.
I am a caregiver full time so tge price of the membership is really a stretch for me- it us the one thing I do to invest in myself.

IMO the OTF workouts are the best workout in terms of results compared to any program or routine I’ve done (incl. CrossFit, personal training, training program for a half marathon, etc) and have run some of my personal best 10k race times when doing OTF consistently compared to training programs for races.
Everything! It’s a lot of fun and the classes (but especially the coaches) push me to work harder
It's motivating, fun and different everyday! The splat points help me to push myself. If I see I'm not getting many, (or any) I will up my energy and efforts until I gain some. The music is great and the coaches are motivational and encouraging. I LOVE IT!
The coaches are wonderful and very knowledgeable about the physiology of the body. I like the pace and variety of the workouts, and the fact that we can monitor our exertion levels as we work out. OTF is perfect for me.

Love working out at the Ballard OTF ! Coaches Donovan and Julia are my favorites and are so great at their jobs! They have just the right pace and tempo to keep the class moving along.
The front desk is always super helpful and very happy overall!

I really appreciate how you have a different workout each time I come. It is a challenging yet doable session. The coaches have been fantastic! I also appreciate how friendly ALL of your staff is. :)
I love the enthusiasm of the coaches, they make it much easier to get up early for class. I love that although structured the classes are different each day and they set up goals for you to accomplish along the way. OT has been great for my wife and I and we are seeing the benefits.

I don't have to think; I just do what the coach tells me to do and I get a comprehensive workout.
As an engineer by profession, I like being able to glance at my stats in real time on the monitors to see if I'm working too hard or not working hard enough.

Even at age 58, getting back into a consistent exercise routine after several health issues, I feel supported at OTF. I appreciate the modifications and being able to go at my own pace. At the end of every session, there is a sense of accomplishment.

Love the varied workouts. You definitely don't get bored! You can go at your own pace. Therefore, you can listen to your own body but also get the instruction from the trainers!
I love that workouts combine weights and cardio. Also, each days workout is different whether a subtle or real difference. Love it!
Good balance and variety of activities. Awesome trainers and staff. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. And great music! I really love orange theory.
I'm less enthused about sessions where there is a lot of switching back and forth from floor to rowers for only like 30 seconds of rowing, or in one case, exactly 15 strokes on the rower, then running back to floor while trying not to trip on anyone, or switching every 60-90 seconds from treadmill to rowers and back again. Those elements feel clumsy, rushed, and waste a lot of time for very little output, especially because it takes time to strap your feet in to the rower, toy with the screen, and also get the treadmill going, toy with the screen, more so if you need to wait for the treadmill to go to higher inclines when power walking. Going from 0-12 or 15 takes a really long time if you have to be off it again in 60-90 seconds. Plus there is increased potential for injury with all the hopping on and off and people in each other's way as they rush around. Just my thoughts.
Fortunately, that only comprises a small percentage of all the sessions. Otherwise they are fantastic!
