What do you like about our workout?

I like getting instant feedback from the coaches if I’m off on my form, and love getting the positivity and encouragement when I crush a particularly hard workout block! The music is a great motivator, and the fellow members are also very friendly.

It’s set to my pace, I don’t have to keep up with others, and the coaches help me modify exercises as needed.

The workouts are always different and dynamic. I like the mix of conditioning, and strength building and the change you see in your body is not just cosmetic, because you will feel your body get stronger. The coaches are encouraging, motivating and are always checking in.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the coaches and encouragement from the staff at the front desk and the entire community. I love that I can workout most places in the country and know what to expect. I love that I am competing with myself and doesn’t matter how I started this journey, it is more about how I am progressing. I love that the coaches care and correct my form and help me get the best results possible. I love how much stronger and healthier I feel every day!

What do you like about our workout?

Overall, I like that it incorporates running as well as weight-lifting, the coaches and staff are friendly, flexible, and helpful.

Some things I LOVE:

-Coach Bobby is back at Cap Hill!

-This isn't a common practice for all coaches, but I find that I prefer when we have 30-second all outs, the countdown is broken into 3 segments (10 seconds down, 10 seconds left, 3...2...1 recovery). Typically coaches break the countdown into half (15 seconds, recovery), I think this makes sense with 45-second all outs.

-Dre is the coach that is the most clear and I always know what's going on in his class. When you are coming off of the treads and just did that last all out, I find myself trying to cool down, get the sweat off, and wipe down the machine. Simultaneously coaches will give instructions with the next segment. At this point my body is wiped and I have a hard time listening as I'm trying to move to the next station. Sometimes the transitions seem quicker than others but with Dre I always know what's going on. He also does a really good job of explaining the sequence of pace changes on the treads. He explains what comes next right when we hop into base pace and then says it a second time right as we are starting the next pace. Super helpful.

-Bobby and Liz have probably my fav music playlists, Jess brings the energy. Overall, everyone is great and I'm grateful for the work that you put into class. Thank you, team!

The wrokout is pretty awesome. I have been loving it. The studio itself is pretty clean and hygenic at Bel red road.

The peer pressure to stay and do my best father than leave when it gets challenging, a common occurrence for me in a traditional fitness class.

Dre and Bobby are great trainers and make it fun. The reason I go to Orangetheory and have stayed is because of the trainers please ensure you treat them well they are your greatest asset.

My second work out with OT last night was AWESOME! I am totally obsessed right now and want to come everyday! My coach Payton was amazing last night! She’s so cute and energetic! I love love love love her!!!

What do you like about our workout?

Great coaching, I’m always being pushed! Love the staff, and super helpful with everything. This gym has made me fall back in love with working out (and even the treadmill)!

I’m a huge fan of OTF! I love that in one hour you work out your body from head to toe. From the music, to the coaches and staff, everything has always been motivating. It’s a great start to my morning!
