Clients/Member Testimonials
The office and coaching staff are great! There's often a waitlist for classes, but the staff is very helpful about making sure I get into classes if I let them know in advance. I wish there were a bit more variety in the workouts, but that is outside of the control of OTF CH and more in the hands of OTF corporate.
My favorite part about these classes is that they’re always different so I never get bored, and I always have a new area that I can improve on. I love having a coach there to tell me what to do so I don’t even have to think about it, and then they give me the “I know you got something still left in the tank” look. I just show up, do as I’m told, and if Jay gives me heavier weights, I simply can’t say no.
Everyone at the front desk and all of the coaches at Wallingford feel like a good friend of mine. They are why I keep showing up. That, and I want the Alaina vein.( If you know, you know!) I would have given up on consistent exercise a long time ago if it weren’t for this community.
However.... I previously rated a 7/10 (to no fault of Wallingford specifically). I feel that Orangetheory on a higher level has become too money focused, and it takes away from the member experience. Too many classes are being turned into 3G’s and I don’t love being packed in like sardines every class. I also don’t love having to constantly be booking as far out as possible to avoid being on a waitlist. It’s definitely time for more studios to open (what’s good Northgate). OTF members invest a ton of money into this franchise. If I’m having to shove elbows for class time, I might as well just shove elbows for equipment at the $20 gym down the street.
Total side note: Corbin, while I have seen improvements, I want to make it known that every time you drag out the “walk it out in 3....2....1” while I’m busting a 12 on the tread, I am not thinking happy thoughts towards you. Just rip it off like a bandaid! Still love ya though.

The workout is challenging but do-able and is different each time. In the six months I have been there I have improved in speed, form, and increased lifting weight.
Love the coaches and staff.
In and out in one hour. Targeted workout.
Group Training
It's family. A fitness family.
I enjoy that every workout is different and that they are always very efficient - there is no wasted time.
In one hour, the high impact workout helps you achieve your goals by working endurance, strength, and power.
Love the coaches!
Friendly welcome by staff when you enter the facility.
Participants are positive and the regulars take time to get to know your name and treadmill number (ha)!
consistency with variety, in and out, covers the basics (cardio, resistance, etc),increase intensity when i want to, relationship with coach, clean updated facility (as opposed to a worn-down, dated stinky building ), relationship with others I work out with
1. Everyone is focused on their own workout. 2. Having a coach who will let me know if I am doing something that could cause an injury. 3. I can pick my pace.

They are always different.
Always different, challenging, community
That it changes every day. The coaches. The studio. The music. Sammamish is simply the best.
It pushes me to do more than I would on my own.
Fun
I like that you can get a really good workout done in under an hour and that you’d don’t have to think about what to do next, you just have to listen to the instructor.
Great coach, great program
It's fun and challenging!
Awesome staff, great community, variety of challenging workouts! I’ve improved my running so much and I know it’s because of coming here

The energy, variations, the time slots, and how I feel.
The coaches.
ps. The music tracks could be updated, when you go often we hear the same
tracks over and over. I know you have to pay for the copyrights but it needs to be done ;)
I like the diversity of routines, you don't get bored, your constantly moving around and that makes it go by fast!
