Coaches, music, variety in workouts
The right amount of cardio and strength for me. The instructors are knowledgeable and have helped me with my posture and techniques. I love the speciality workouts, they bring in tons of variety. The environment at orange theory is positive and motivating. The staff is warm and helpful!
The workouts are challenging and the trainer will help correct your technique so you do them correctly. I am getting stronger.
I actually love to work out now and that's amazing. The monitor shows your heart rate, calories burned, and how many steps you've taken. This makes me strive to do better.
The instructors are great. They explain what needs to be done on each station. I haven't used weights before and am happy to learn how to use them and tone up and get stronger.
The rowing machines are something new and I love using them.
I like the idea of three stations, rowing, weights, and treadmill. These are workout activities I can do and they give me confidence.
This is the first work out facility that appealed enough for me to try. I am shy and definitely not in the best of shape but the employees friendliness and enthusiasm gave me the confidence to give it a try.
I love everything about OTF. I like that the routine is pre planned out, demonstrated and the TV screens with the demonstrations. I like that the music is pre chosen and the trainers coach and encourage us. I like that there are class times and I even like that there is a no show fee to encourage me to never cancel last minute when I dont feel like going. I love how nice all the staff is. I always feel good physically and energized after class.
Absolutely everything. It's structured, varied, fun and goes by so fast!

I like that it is always intense, but not so much that I can't do it or that I don't WANT to do it. I like that it is at a set time that I can schedule so I have to make sure I get my butt there. I like that the coaches are always encouraging and helpful if you are struggling with a particular exercise. I like that they want you to succeed and help make the classes fun.
The front desk crew were incredibly helpful (I was supposed to be at a different location but ended up at this one, they helped me get into a class and sign up for membership) and the instructor was patient with my question at the end! She gave me a lot to think about in my approach to the work out.

I love that I don't have to put the effort into designing a full body workout, and I don't worry about if I'm going to get a good workout or not. I always do, and if there is anything about the recommended workout that I can't do or want to modify, coaches are always welcoming and happy to work with me to find something that works for my body! Besides the workout itself, I love the community. OTF Milly is known for it's inviting atmosphere and encouraging coaches AND members. This place is addicting in the best way.

I love getting to spend time doing both cardio and bodybuilding. Having time on the treadmill, rower and on the floor are truly essential in my fitness journey. I genuinely love each coach’s teaching style and the energy at the Mill Creek location.
I am huge OTFan and believe it is the best workout! I do miss the old coaching style we used to have when our coaches knew our name, encourages us and pushed us to reach personal goals. The current coaches are good, but they mainly run the class without much personal connection.
I love the camaraderie of the workouts. I am one of those people that loves to workout but I do t want to figure out what I need to do. Having a coach who pushes you to do things when your body is wanting tacos is necessary! The friends that I have made from OTF are family now!
Burn almost 1000 calories in one hour. Workouts are fast paced and well rounded.
