I’ve only been coming to OTF since October and it’s been a great experience. All the coaches are super welcoming and great about making corrections. Kristana does a wonderful job running the studio and setting a positive tone.

Variety. Ability to modify as needed. That I can see my improvement in the data. Easy to schedule classes. No waitlists. Wish there were more late classes eg 7pm or afterwards

What do you like about our workout?

1. Technology-based results. I can see information about my performance during and after workouts, and I can track my improvements over time.
2. Benchmark challenges. Over longer periods of time, I can see my improvements in challenging single events.
3. Coaches. I appreciate the enthusiasm and expertise of the coaches to help motivate and educate me during my workouts.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the workout is always varied but there is also such a nice consistency. I enjoy the trainers and their different motivational styles and, encouragement. I appreciate when they check in with me and modify my techniques - they are always super helpful!

Truely, I love the convenience of OT, the challenges and most of all the community! I’m addicted!

The workouts really push me to exceed my own expectations of myself. I know I would push myself this hard on my own. Plus, the staff/coaches are so amazing and encouraging and everyone who attends the classes is welcoming and supportive!

Energetic and inspiring workouts, coaches are skilled and attentive, music and studio energy, and studio staff is friendly and helpful. All in all a positive experience every time I go! I go to classes at least 5 days a week!

What do you like about our workout?

What makes Orange Theory great first is there coaches.
They are professional, fun, motivating, encouraging and push you to do your best.
The equipment along with variable workout plans produces a complete workout for your body.
Accountability; The hardest part is showing up. (Which is not even hard) The coaches make it a great atmosphere with awesome music!

The staff is amazing, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The workouts are challenging and yet fun. I love tracking my progress, it keeps me motivated. Great energy, so glad I joined OTF

I like that it incorporates cardio as well as weights. I love that I can schedule my time on the app and just come in and get it done. The guidance and help from coaches is great and the music is always killer! For the first time in my life, I’ve found something that makes me WANT to work out and I look forward to my classes.
