What do you like about our workout?

It's well thought out and variable. The coaches bring energy, positivity and good gentle guidance. I think it is important to approach this as a group class and not individual training. What I mean is take responsibility for yourself, pay attention to your own body to guard against injury. Ask the coaches for options and they are always happy to help you adjust with no pressure at all. I am 70 years old and I love it!

What do you like about our workout?

Work out was great and I was able to modify my workout to my body’s ability. Also great one on one chat after class to answer questions with the instructor. Staff in the lobby was amazing! She had Great positive energy and motivation to help get me through class! Thanks for believing in me Orangetheory fam!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it is always a little bit different. I like that it is organized and coached, so I can focus on working out and not worry about what's coming next and just do what's next.

The coaches at Orangetheory are the best. The workout I get every day is priceless. I have tried other gyms, and never have I come away feeling like I worked out like I do at Orangetheory. Thanks to all the staff at Orangetheory, for your dedication to helping me get in better shape.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the challenge and that every workout isn’t the same. It keeps me engaged and focused on improving day in and day out. The coaches are amazing and always offer a different challenge. Everyone is very positive and upbeat even in the early moening.

What do you like about our workout?

I like the variety....for me it never gets old and it goes by fast. People ask me if I get bored, but the workout always keeps me thinking and striving for splat points and calorie burn. I also try to make sure I work with challenging weights. Plus we have fun challenges and opportunities to see if we can beat a personal distance, or time on running/walking/biking, rowing, or increasing endurance. One of my favorite things is that with this workout no one ever takes my station causing me to readjust my workout. That's really nice! And every time, it's a great workout. I know I've accomplished something good for my mind and body every time I go. Lastly, great instructors and staff. These are the best people to workout with...they becomes your workout family!

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the positive energy of the coaches and the entire studio, that no two workouts are the same, and how quick and efficient everything is. OTS has been a seamless addition to my routine, and I already miss it the days I don't come in for a workout.

What do you like about our workout?

As a former physical therapist, I love that Orange Theory is a well rounded safe workout that allows the individual to tailor the intensity to meet his/her needs. The coaches are well educated, motivating and make each workout fun and enjoyable!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the new workouts that we are doing. They are a lot more intense and seem to push us to the limits. Love the new head coach and the enthusiasm that he brings to the OTF family. Also adding another weight rack has been much needed, still think that we could use another medium to heavy weights weight rack.

What do you like about our workout?

It is very intense and fast! I love the technology used to make sure I know how hard I need to push. I love the coaches! They truly care about us as members and will push us if they know we are capable of more. The music is great, the equipment is top notch. But, my favorite part is the community! I have made some amazing friends!

What do you like about our workout?

The workout is different every day creating a nice balance. Everyone is great and helpful—coaches and staff. I like the coaching we receive—all I have to do is get to the gym then from there just do what I am told. I don’t have to think.

Faced paced. Very intense. Knowledgeable trainers, always looking to help us grow. Love this location, Jeff’s energy is dope and makes us work harder, Melissa knows what’s up, she was my first trainer and her workouts are still challenging to this day. Amazing. Thank you SLC OT!

This studio is fantastic. All staff, from the front desk to coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. The facility, equipment, etc. is always pristine. Sugarhouse OTF is the BEST!!!!!

What do you like about our workout?

Diversity, and the new format is great. The intro into the weight floor helps understand particularly 'why' we should rest when it says 'rest'!! Love the rower too. Having options other than just the treadmill is also great.
