I understand it needs to be a mix for all audiences, but wowzers!! Some all of the songs seem to be remixes of a hits and they’re never very good.
I recommend playing the original versions without all the disco/glam/jazzer thingy they do to make it a “workout song”.
Just play the music in it’s original form…whoever the artist, from whatever year. But make it a good mix of artists from the 50’s to today.

All the staff is great, and the instructors are top-notch and get the most out of you. You never have the same workout twice and don't have to think about what workout you are going to do. It's especially great for cardio.

It’s always different. I feel motivated by your trainers and other class members when I’m there. Love seeing my stats.
workouts are already planned out, I don't have to come up with the workout each time. There is lots of variation and it keeps the workouts interesting. It is balanced between cardio, strength and endurance. These workouts are set up so people of various degrees of fitness can still monitor their heartrate or ability and adjust the workout accordingly.
I love just showing up and getting a great workout. I manage a team and think all day at work so it's nice not to "think" about my workout in terms of what to do. I also wear a health monitor and feel like Orange Theory consistently helps me meet my fitness goals and keep all my health markers on track.

It’s a perfect balance between cardio and weights/ resistance as a high intensity interval workout. The coaches, staff and community at Holladay is the most supportive, friendly and they make it a fun!

I love the variety in the workout, it is never the same from day to day. I love that you have added lift classes. It has always been hard for me to find the motivation do weights, but lift classes just seem to fly by and I feel like it easier for the coaches to make corrections on my form when they are not distracted by the treads and rowers. I feel like my running speed is faster because of orange theory workouts.
It feels like friends/family when I work out. Like the variety, encouragement and challenge each workout provides.

Motivates me more than any other workouts I have done.
I don’t have to come up with the exercises yet it is able to be tailored to my personal needs when I pay attention to my zones. It addresses my cardio as well as strength training needs. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful. Best of all, it’s fun to work out when new and old friends!
I enjoy the classes with good playlists and when coaches play the music loud! Music can make a huge difference in how one perceives a class.
I like that it pushes me and that coaches are willing to take the time to correct form and instruct while always running the class.
I really like tyhe trainers, They are attentive, motovation but also easy to work with to make the best workout for me specifically. I really with we had foam rollers though.
No other place encompasses this kind of work out. In one hour, I burn between 700 to 800 plus calories. The coaches are amazing and push you in a positive manner. If you are willing to work hard, you will see results
I like the mix of activities with the treadmill being my favorite. At the end of the workout, I feel like I’ve been challenged.
I also appreciate the trainers. They are fun, friendly, and have good energy to help you through the workout. I especially appreciate Katie as she takes the time to correct form and provide feedback for ongoing improvement.
Overall, it’s a results driven workout. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for both cardio and strength training.
