I love that there is someone there to guide, motivate, and teach. All the coaches have been so kind and welcoming. There is also a sense of community in the classes.
I love the variety with the cardio classes. I really appreciate having my workout thought out for me so i can just show up and get a great workout. My favorite classes are the loft classes!
Variety
My husband and I love going to our OTF workouts together. We love the coaches motivation and friendliness, it's genuine. We love the variety of workouts that are offered. We love that we don't have to think about what to do, it is all mapped out for us.
The workout is never the same day to day, so I never get bored. The workouts build aerobic capacity, muscle strength and balance while targeting all muscle groups.
All workouts are very challenging. The mixture of strength and stamina is perfect for me. The staff is exceptional. ALWAYS friendly and helpful. The gym is alsyas very clean and welcoming.
It is a good workout, easy to follow and challenging. I love all of the coaches.
You get so much more in your 1 hour at OTF than you do in a gym by yourself. The Orangetheory community you have really helps push you to achieve your fitness goals.
Balance between cardio and weight training
We love it! It’s one hour, you can adjust your own level of hard as needed, It is consistent and fun! I highly recommend!

Every workout is different. The energy in the studio helps you challenge yourself to do more. You can be as aggressive as you choose or dial it back and still get a great workout.
