What do you like about our workout?

I love the heart rate monitor and 12 splat points goal. It lets me stay at my own pace and know when I’m over doing it or not doing enough. I also love that it’s like having a personal trainer but in a group setting so it’s high energy and more motivating. Requiring that you sign up for the class ahead of time and have to cancel 8 hours before is also great for me so it holds me accountable and I actually show up instead of just snoozing or turning off the alarm because “I’m too tired.” I’m hoping all these things combined keeps be going consistently and creating life long healthy exercise habits that I’ve never succeeded at before.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it’s all about me. Sure there might be 40 other people in the class, but ultimately, it’s all about me. My strengths and my weaknesses are equally embraced and I’m given modifying movements either way.

What do you like about our workout?

Trainers are friendly AND pushy! Hi love that I can have goals and be next to someone half my age and we both encourage each other but have our own goals. It’s such an accepting community

What do you like about our workout?

While I don't like rowing lol, I know it's a good workout. I like how the coaches keep an eye on us and help anyone who's either struggling or not doing it right. I've really missed being part of a group.

I love that I don't have to use a lot of brain power to have a complete workout. I show up, follow the coach's instructions and then have a complete workout.

What do you like about our workout?

From the moment you walk in the staff and coaches makes you feel welcome, even remembering your name! The class is motivating and you leave feeling so good!
It’s a hard workout but so rewarding! The coaches make the workout easy to keep up!

I love that every day I can count on the workout being different, challenging, and rewarding. I love the challenges and events, it feeds my competitive nature and makes it fun.

I love the high element of cardio along with the strength. I love that I do not have to think, I just have to show up and do. Keeps everything simple and fun.

I love the group setting. I love the staff and coaches. I also love the way the workouts are set up for 2G and 3G. I recommend Orange Theory 10 out of 10 times to all my friends and family.

Orange theory is a great way to challenge yourself in different ways. I love the Draper team because they keep you motivated and pushing you to be the best version of you.

What I love most about orange theory —
don’t have to think about it. I simply show up and do the work. The music is great. Great energy to start the day. So far, I’ve really enjoyed the 455am spot. The coaching staff is great too. I travel quite a bit so will be eager to see how my routine goes when I’m in NorCal next week and what the experience will be at another gym.

I hugely appreciate being re-invited to check out the theory. I’m hooked.

The variety of workouts. The coaches push you when you need it. Having your heart rate on the board makes you accountable.
