I like to be told what to do when it comes to working out. I also like the mixture of all the things we do every day. The coaches are great and helpful and no one puts anyone down but rather it is all about building a good relationship and knowledge about fitness which transitions to life.
I can turn my brain off and just focus doing what the coach says without over braining what I think I can or can not do.
I like the structure of the classes.
My suggestion is for the instructions to watch us closer and see if we are doing the exercises right.

I like the that we get both lifting and cardio all in one hour workout. Also love having lift classes! Those are always needed
It's a full body workout that works my tone better than anything I was doing at the gym on my own. Plus, the class environment and continually changing workout keeps things engaging the whole time. I've never found it this easy to stay consistent with my gym habit.

I've been going to OTF since 2017. I am a huge fan of the workouts. I like the variety. The coaches are great. They are knowledgeable and encouraging. (I'm 57 so I don't necessarily appreciate their music choices. Less rap and more classic rock please!)

It's a fantastic workout and the coaches and staff are extremely helpful. You literally work every part of your bod every workout. I've lost 5% of my overall body fat this year which I'm thrilled about.
