I like the diversity of each workout. You are never doing any one movement for too long. It keeps your attention and it keeps you moving.
The coaches!! They make it fun. The other members and being able to make new friends. The diversity in the workouts. I just have to show up and the coaches take care of the rest. No thinking just doing.

It’s different every day so you don’t get bored. I rarely leave sore which allows me to keep coming back and pushing myself more. The encouragement and guidance from the coaches keeps me moving. I have truly never loved exercising before Orange Theory.

Caroline was the coach of the class I took at the Sugar House OTF. I took her class after taking a class at Trolley Square and really like her. Emily and Jeff are the two coaches I see the most at my location and they are great. Jeff is excellent at providing advice on form and technique as well as providing more challenging options if you want. They are both kind and welcoming!

The coaches and staff are awesome, facilities are always super clean, and the process is smooth with booking and starting/stopping on time. Also, the challenges / signature events like Everest, Catch Me If You Can, and the Dri-Tri’s are fun and motivating!
