I like the coaches a lot and the workouts are always a good variety.
I like that’s it’s a 1 hour, full body, soar everyday workout. I never feel like I need to workout again after. I love that’s it’s competitive if you want it to be but also you’re fine wherever you’re at. I actually love that you have to sign up ahead to get a class and that you have to pay if you don’t show. It keeps you accountable and you don’t have to “decide” if you’re feeling it each day. You just go. You don’t have to decide what to do to workout either. You just show up, workout with fun coaches, friends and good music (workouts are never the same) and feel awesome about it. I love the stats you get to each workout too. It’s motivating and fun to see how far you’ve come. Basically I love everything about OT!

I definitely felt challenged. I tend to not push myself when I am working out alone. There is something powerful about the combination of a group of people, a coach and a heart rate monitor that ignited something different inside of you.

I like that every day is a new workout. It’s never exactly the same. The coaches are helpful and motivating. I can tell that I’m getting stronger and healthier.
It is cater to me individually, while still in a group setting. I can work at my own pace, and compete with myself. The coaching staff are the best, and the members are now gym family.

OTF workouts provide the ultimate "me" time. At home and at work, I spend much of my time problem-solving and managing people and projects. I LOVE that I don't have to plan and execute my workout too. The workouts are planned, the coaches are prepared and knowledgeable so I can turn my brain off and just get an awesome workout. I also appreciate the different types of workouts. I think I see better results and I don't get bored.
I love that I can go to a one hour class and have fun with the coach and other members and I can get an amazing workout in that I wouldn’t be able to on my own and without the cost of a personal trainer.
Love coming back to this place! Took a hiatus but feels so good to be back and all the staff very welcoming. Great workouts with instruction, which is a must for me. Such good energy from the instructors to stay motivated.
Variety and flexibility. Being encouraged and known by OTF staff/coaches.

The circuit traning
I get a a good understand of the results based on my heart rate. I love the mid of cardio and weightlifting. The staff is so kind and fun to be around.
I don't have to think about what routine to do or which music to pick. The coaches are fantastic, and I've made so many good friends. Join us!

I love OrangeTheory. I joined prior to the pandemic, then went and bought my own rower and treadmill during isolation. I still use them regularly, but there's something about the energy of the group and well-planned workouts that give a little extra motivation. Thanks for the positive attitudes of the whole staff.
Everything! More specifically, the involvement of the instructors! For a new person, it can be a lot of information and they're so friendly and so helpful! It's a really great, inviting environment to work out in. ❤️
