I love that there is an instructor. But you can still work at your own pace!
Fast-paced and keeps me motivated. Also love that the instructors are well-trained on proper form and execution of each exercise and are quick to catch any poor form and help the individual correct it so as to avoid injury and maximize effectiveness.
It's always challenging but fun. Good variety of workouts.

Very motivating and love the fact that you are getting a total body workout during each class. Every class is different each time you go so the workouts don’t ever get redundant and it’s something new every time!

trainer was great, and loved the treadmills - the treadmills were flexible and helped me to be able to run longer.
It pushed me and I was able to go at my own pace. I haven’t had this good of a workout since high school basketball AND I LOVED IT!!
Excellent coaches, varying workouts, free clinics.
I leave my OTF workouts on such a high that I’ve never been able to achieve going to the gym. I work harder, and am able to constantly monitor my heart rate and know when to push and when to back off. It’s such an amazingly efficient workout. Not to mention the feeling of camaraderie among the coaches and other participants. There is a great feeling of motivation and a willingness to help any skill level.

The staff is very welcoming, accommodating,, and helpful. Workout are intense,. I was only able to take 3 OT classes so far, and I am looking forward to trying different types of OT workouts that focus on strength as well.
