What I love about the workouts at Orange Theory was how systematic and really fun they were to be participate in. They just made everything so streamlined yet exciting to be a part of. I feel strongly that Orange Theory helped not make big changes in my life but feel them too!

What do you like about our workout?

The instructor, the equipment and the overall vibe were amazing. I got an intense workout and didn't feel the intimidation or stress associates with big gyms. Thank you!

Very cool instant feedback- great integration of technology. It was a great instructor too- it felt like it had the energy of a group class but it was also set up well that you were focused on your workout and biofeedback.

Ive been doing OT for more than a year and the workouts continually challenge me. Most of this is because the amazing coaches know how to push me to achieve more than I thought possible.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the movement throughout the treads, towers and weight floor. I get great workouts in and the time flies bye. I love that I don’t have to plan my workout I get to just show up. I also love that everyday is different.

Honestly, I started Orange Theory to get ready for my wedding and now I can’t stop. Every class is so energetic and inspiring. The coaches and the workouts are fantastic. After class I always find myself excited for the next one.

All of the coaches are super nice and make the classes fun! The community is great too, everyone is there cheering each other on. I usually don’t like to work out at gyms with a lot of people, but at Orangetheory, the bigger the class the more fun!

It’s complete : legs , core and upper part of the body.

What do you like about our workout?

I haven't exercised in over 12 months. I was worried about being able to exercise for a full one hour. In fact, I don't know if I have exercised for a full hour before in my life. What I liked about my first workout was the constant instruction from the coach. Not to me specifically but to the group. I don't know if it was every 90 seconds but I felt like I was getting guidance regularly and I just kept on trying. Was very happy with my first workout and am looking forward to my next one.
