What do you like about our workout?

I love knowing that no matter what the workout is for that day, that it is going to kick my butt and I’ll leave feeling amazing and accomplished. I love that it pushes me harder than any of my other workouts. And I love that my progress is measurable. The staff is pretty great too.

What do you like about our workout?

My workouts at Orange Theory have been great! It’s so engaging and I’m always surprised how quickly it goes by. I feel like my whole body is getting a workout. If I have questions, the coaches are friendly and easily explain things.

Jeff and Walter are great instructors! Ally at the front desk is wonderful to work with. Ally has excellent customer service skills.

Music was great, instructor was amazing, workout was awesome. I didn't feel pressured or uncomfortable at all. It's nice to be encouraged to push yourself, without feeling like your in a boot camp.

What do you like about our workout?

Great space! Lots of room to move from treads to rowers to weights.
Very friendly staff. Female coaches could use a little more energy. They did a great job coaching, it just makes it more fun when you can see the coaches are "excited".

What do you like about our workout?

Today was day 2 for me and I loved both days! Great coaches who keep you motivated and explain everything to keep you on the right track. The workouts are great and definitely full body and burn lots of calories.

What do you like about our workout?

i like the routine and challenge you give yourself by reaching a certain number of splat points. I also am very competitive so I like that I can see everyone's splat points to see how I compare in the group.

I love the direction and the moves. The coaches have all been great and helpful in correcting form, and making suggestions on how to push yourself.

What do you like about our workout?

My first class was positive and motivating. The folks in my group were very friendly and kind, which I appreciated since I walked in pretty nervous and self-conscious. The instructor was also positive, encouraging, and reminded me to go at my pace and not worry about where others were. He also explained the results of my workout, which I appreciated.

What do you like about our workout?

I enjoy the fact that every workout is different and I choose whether I'm on the rower or treadmill and the rest is out of my hands. The workouts are challenging and I feel amazing afterward.

What do you like about our workout?

OTF isnt like anything I've tried before. For me I need to be pushed. The music and the coach making sure I'm doing the exercises correctly really make a difference. The next day after my class I feel like I accomplished the workout by how how my muscles feel. Also after the workout I felt amazing!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the variety of the workout. If I don’t particularly like one section, I know I’m only there for a few minutes. I also love how the heart rate monitor and the workout push me to work harder. I have been going for two months consistently and I have already way more muscle than I started with!
