Great coaches, clean facility. The other folks working out were clean as well, as far as I could tell. There was one guy that may have masked his uncleanliness with an extra dose of Old Spice. He was the only one that may have been borderline, I’m pretty sure everyone else held themselves to fairy high cleanliness standards.
My one complaint is that the mirrors could be higher. I enjoy watching myself run, a grimace of determination on my face as I splat my way to after burn. As is, the mirror hits me right below my brow line, slightly obscuring the determined look and mitigating the impressive stare I’ve worked so hard to perfect over the months.
Other than that, you’ve got yourselves a solid studio. I’ll be back.

I miss the writing on the windows. They were inspirational, motivational, and awesometational! I like that we didn't have Peak Performance Week and instead spread out the challenges. Love run-rows ... keep those coming. Recommend providing a way to leave feedback without names.
Like to see more 90 mins with a fundraiser. It was great to get a second 90-minute workout for the month and give back to ALS. Keep up the amazing work!
