I absolutely LOVE OTF!! All the coaches know what restrictions I have, they modify whatever I need, and most importantly recognize and cheer me on when I run at a faster speed. I have been to many gyms, nothing beats OTF.
I don't have to think about it. I just show up and get a great workout in an hour.
I love the positive reinforcement and careful monitoring of form from the coaches. It is a perfect blend of rowing/running/strength. I never get bored because it’s always changing. I have made friends and it feels like a team effort. I always look forward to going.

I really enjoyed my workout with orange theory. I love the mix between strength training and cardio. I don’t love working out but the gym, coaches, variety in the workouts will keep me coming back. I love the energy of the studio and l the coaches. I will recommend orange to all of my friends!

Kayleigh is an amazing human being, love her free spirit and always makes us laugh with her blunders. Always be asking us questions about the workout like she works for the census bureau. She always offers alternatives for people w/ physical limitations. Her vibes are always positive
The coaches are amazing! I’ve had the opportunity to work out with Coaches Dave, Kayleigh, Alexandria, Rachael and Kayla and they have all been fantastic. The workouts are fun, varied and EXHAUSTING (but in a good way :) ) I’ve definitely noticed a change in my endurance, energy levels and strength since starting my workouts. Loving the OTF life! <3
