It’s different everyday
I like that there isn't a lot of downtime, I'm constantly pushed, the coaches care about form, and I can somehow spend 30 minutes on the treadmill and not get bored!

It’s always challenging & different!
For starters let me be clear in stating that I am NOT a workout person. When my husband joined and asked if I wanted to try it out, well let’s say I did not go in with any positive thoughts!! I am 54 years old and thought OTF was only for the young. Why I thought that, I have no idea😊 I started in mid-January with the 8 class package and switched to unlimited within the first month. I love it! It is always different which makes it fun. The coaches are so encouraging and are very good at making sure a new person feels welcome and NOT intimidated by the class.
It keeps your heart rate going and you get a full body workout.
I love that the workouts are different and challenging every time. I love that every trainer seems to love helping each person be their best. I love the community that I’ve come to know at OTF. Most of all, I love the transformation I’m seeing in my body and my health! 🧡
I like to be challenged and I like the work outs being mixed up. The classes are hard but it’s the challenge that keeps me coming back. The trainers are positive and motivating. I like that they correct when doing something wrong. Even if it’s not me doing the posture wrong, hearing he correction helps me focus and double check my positioning.

The trainers are awesome, help correct my form as needed. The facility is nice and the workout gives me a challenge and keeps me in good shape. The members are awesome as well! Highly recommended for weight loss, overall fitness, or in conjunction with other sports such as running.
I love the trainers energy, that each workout is different. But I have notice that lately the playlist have almost always been that same. I do notice that some coaches try to play different playlist and that’s nice and appreciated.

The trainers...hands down! It has been the direction and motivation from the trainers that gets me through each class and keeps me going back. I go to OTF in Wylie, TX. Cyley is a fantastic trainer and motivator! Courtney too! Cyley has a can do attitude that keeps me going. I try my best to get into her classes. I have a relative who also credits Cyley and Jason as the reason he stuck with it in the beginning and is now hooked. The workouts are challenging and effective. And the overhead fitness board that allows you and the trainer to track your progress is absolutely pure genius! I leave feeling like I have actually had a real workout and burned real calories.
