It's always changing and incorporates full body.
There’s a trainer telling me what to do and the correct way to execute the exercise on the screen so I don’t have to worry about remembering the step or doing it the wrong way. That’s the catch for me
The coaches push you and kick you butt when you need it.
It’s always different and challenging. You always leave knowing you got a good workout. It’s competitive but still at your own pace. Love the instructors and how they correct you if your form is not correct.

I love how it was fast paced! It kept you busy, and it switched it up constantly, which I really like because it's not monotonous. I also liked how helpful everyone was. This was my first time, and everyone made me feel welcome! They explained everything, even during the workout. I really liked it and will definitely be sticking with it!

Intensity of the workout
All I have to do is show up, follow instructions, and give it my best. No more stuck in a rut routines, always changing, always encouraging, with a monitor giving me feedback on my efforts.
Never enjoyed working out until Orange Theory. It’s a program that motivates one to succeed in their own time frame.
Solid workout for all fitness levels and only 1 hour a day. Easy to fit into my schedule. The changing daily template keeps the workout from getting boring. The coaches are amazing.
The variation, the kind and responsible coaches who care about everyone in the class to make sure they are doing the exercise in the right way, as well as the environment.
It checks all the boxes- fun, potential to make friends, high intensity workout that doesn’t have to be super hard on your body but tones and strengthens the heart and a quick and doable 1 hour class!
