I love that every work out is different, my body can never get used to the same work out routine because it’s always being changed up. I love orange theory and really truly believe in what y’all are doing. Love my OTF family.
Maybe one thing that y’all could do during work outs, the coach’s typically give you an option for easier work outs if it’s to hard for you - but sometimes I need an option for something harder, like adding a weight during certain floor exercises, (ex. burpees with the weights)
Challenging!! Time passes quickly. I'm not a fan of the treadmill, i find it boring. However, i was so focused on breathing and following the instructor that 25 minutes felt like 5.

Effective, tailored, and structured with trainer
Never the same workout. Makes running on a treadmill fun. Leora! Stacey! Lots of class times. Well thought-out workouts. The use of rowers. Going at my own pace. Everything!
OMG! Where do I start. First, Kobi and the SAs are amazingly nice and welcoming. They do a great job making everyone feel welcome. Second, the coaches. This is a very special team of coaches at OTF-LC. Tam, Tow, Trey and The Iltisesesessss are AMAZING!!! (I havent had class with the other coaches, but I hear they are amazing too.) Third, the studio itself is HUGE. There is plenty of space on the weightroom floor and the new treadmills are the bomb.com! If you have been to surrounding OTFs, you gotta come try the LC and see what you are missing.
It is everything I love about working out. It’s cardio and weights at a fast paced speed. I just have to show up, it’s all ready for me. No thinking about what to do. I feel great when I’m done. Plus, I love the competitive piece of seeing your results throughout the workout.
