Every session is different and engages all the body part
The workout is never the same and pushes me to work harder than I would working out independently at a gym. I love the fact the coaches are there to correct my form as needed to prevent injury and optimize my workout.
It’s a different workout every day. I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do at the gym. I just show up and do what the coaches tell me. The benchmarks are a great way to track your personal progress in your fitness journey.
The coaches are motivating and energetic. The engage the members helping push them to their potential and coaching on form as needed.
The classes are for any fitness level, I started as a one day a week power walker, I am currently a runner/jogger and I hit a 12.6 personal all out record this week on the tread. I have lost 60lbs since starting OTF.
Head coach Jamison Hammerton leads a great team in Rockwall. I highly recommend OTF Rockwall to anyone looking to make a change. Special call out to coaches Lacy, Daniel, Jackie and Jamison for pushing me every day to be better. Thank you!

An hour of a true workout every time you attend. I would not push myself like they do to reach my highest leve so I wouldn't get the best of my works on my own. Setup for success
Pre planned. Instructors correct poor form. Peer pressure to actually do stuff.
Enjoy the total body workout, strength training, and the 30 minutes of cardio. Anyone can achieve great results by attending just 3 times per week.
