As I've said before. I really like the professionalism and the fluidity and the flow of our coach/facilitator Meagan. She has an exciting, clear, audible voice which sets a workout rhythm, but she also encouragingly circulates among members challenging them in a motivating manner but giving it just that proper edge of necessary push. That is an unbelievable balance she has.
I also like the different stations, each requiring it's unique cardio push, and, sometimes, skeletal-muscular exertion such that there is an anatomical demand placed on skeleton, muscle and ligament superstructure that a previous trainer told me was often neglected in various workouts.
Therefore, there is a unique, holistic strategy in Orange Theory which I believe results in superior physical fitness

The accountability and encouragement. Also appreciate when my form is corrected or when the coaches make adjustments to the workout to accommodate my back.
My favorite part is that Orange Theory has cardio machines, treadmill and rower. Most studios do not, so you get cardio through high intensity interval training. And that’s just not my style right now. The workouts are well balanced. You hit both areas of importance every time, cardio and strength.
I like the instructor lead setup. Coach Brett is great as is Shae and Becca. Shae and Becca were great when it came to showing me how to connect my phone or watch to the OT system. It ended up not working but I did purchase my own heart rate monitor and purchase my membership so I am now an official member with OTP or, as it was explained to me, OT in any location nationwide. I also appreciate the small class sizes at 7 pm.
It was great to be here for workout. Coach Nicole was great and so did the workout folks. I will visit again sometime soon.
It’s intense but we’ll worth it! I workout most of my body in most classes but If I don’t that day for sure the next day I will! Plus, you have Amazing trainers!

The motivation and everyone doing it along
I like having a group workout because it keeps me motivated. The coaches have been so nice too! (It's easy to ask questions if I'm doing anything wrong.)
It’s always changing and the calorie burn is like no other!
