What do you like about our workout?

From the greeting at the front desk to the exeptional commitment of the coaches, this is by far and away to best gym that I've worked out at. Every staff member is friendly and takes the time to greet you and get to know your name. The coaches are all dedicated to making the workouts challenging and fun and encourage us to do our best. I never feel like I have to compare my success to another person, which is always a struggle, especially for me!

I look forward to coming to the classes each week, and at 4:30am, that's saying a TON! I hope to continue with Orange Theory Prosper for many years to come!

This is the only place I’ll workout. I’ve never liked the gym, but I love OTF! Great atmosphere, nice equipment and the coaches are awesome!

I like watching my heart rate, splat points and calories burned to help push me during the workout. Love the variety and tread blocks.

I love OTF, all the coaches are inspiring, skilled and very supportive regardless your body type and ability to workout. Every day is a different day with exercises that challenge you at your own pace and working out in a group like team approach pushes you & gives you confidence to do a little better every time without the feeling of being drilled by sergeants at boot camps. Also, the low orange light environment keeps you calmer & help focus your energy towards your own workout without worrying about any distractions. Keeping track of your stats gives you an added feeling of accomplishment. I can easily say that joining OTF was one of the best decisions of my live and thrive to incorporating it as part of my ongoing wellbeing.

Half cardio half weights. A variety of people with different body types there so you don't feel like it is a bodybuilding gym.

The coaches do a great job keeping us going through the templates. I would not have made the progress I have without the pushes.

I need the heart monitoring to be sure I am working hard enough and not too hard.
