I love the coaches, the format of the workouts, and the other members!
The distinct sections- that you get both cardio and strength. The variety from strength days, power days, to endurance days to a combo. The coaches do a great job of positively pushing you to strive for what your personal best that day is. They make you dig a little deeper.
Coaching to inspire personal best each class. Demonstration to show how each floor exercise is done. Different power/strength/endurance/esp days to allow for bariety in workouts. Upbeat music, people who want to get fit and maintain a healthy lifestyle not merely show off their curves. It’s a great atmosphere for truly getting into the best shape of your life, as an adult!

Great coaches and studio staff
I like some workouts better than others but in all they are enjoyable and I am motivated to attend. I appreciate the well organized coaching. I did visit another studio who was having trouble with their coach microphone and music coordination and it was difficult to find a rhythm
I like OT for working out and I love the people that works at the Victory Plaza one . They are all very friendly and make the environment a fun lo place to be
The variety
Love the coaches, staff, members and the variety of workouts. It is one of the best parts of my whole day!
Everyone that wants results, needs OTF. I know that the F means fitness, but friends and family needs to be added.
OTF is an encouraging and challenging workout environment. A “you do you” and achieve results. The staff and coaches at West Plano are great!

Always different and targets different areas. They are very good workouts.
I like the Southlake location the best. Not only is the space better, the team there is MUCH better than the Colleyville location. From Cameron at the front desk, to the coaches (Becca, Taryn, Nancy... I miss Mercedes!) to Allan... everyone there is super friendly and just fantastic. The workouts are hard but feeling like part of the OTF fam makes it a little easier to get up every morning and get out there.
