I love the coaching staff and how excited they are about each workout. They are always willing to help you and make sure that you’re getting the most out of every workout. Even when I least want to be there, they make it a fun experience!

OTF is such a friendly place to go to workout. It is obvious that all of the coaches and staff want every member to succeed and have fun doing it. The staff always greets each member y name even if they have only been there a few times. The energy in the gym is contagious. I love everything about OTF
