The coaches are AMAZING (knowledgable, energetic, and just great people) and the workouts are always different and challenging.
I like the fact the coaches give you alternate exercises on the weight floor. Also, the coaches watch you to ensure you are doing the exercise correctly. Although the coaches encourage everyone they do not pressure you. Basically, you do what you are able to do on the rower, treadmill or weight floor. I've been working out at Orange Theory since June of 2018 and I've never thought about going to another workout place.
I enjoy the variety and the challenge in OrangeTheory workouts and the ability to modify the workouts to fit your energy and injuries. The coaches are excellent - they correct my form when needed to keep my workout safe. There’s a lot of support and encouragement from other participants and it’s never a competition against them - only against yourself!

Every workout is a surprise! All of the coaches are so upbeat and encouranging (with great music taste :)) They really are there to get you through and push you every second of the workout. I've grown mentally and physically tougher after being a member for almost 1.5 years.
While all trainers are super awesome, however your recent hire "Liv" is the best trainer you have, she is kind and sweet!
The workouts are fun, and challenging. All of the coaches and staff are friendly, and helpful. They truly care about the members.
The workout that requires little or no thought from me, but offers a 500 calorie burn rewarded at the end of an hour. I also like the community. Signature workouts are a fun surprise.

Orange theory is such a fun, challenging workout. The treadmills are shock absorbers, better than any other treadmill I have run on. The coaches are great, very encouraging and knowledgeable. The accountability keeps me going along with all the various challenges and benchmarks. It’s a great community and I love it!

I love my workouts but my job get in the way sometimes and I have to late cancel. If I get an emergency call I can not cancel with in the 8 hour time frame. Other than that I can not complain

I love working out at OTF, I have never felt so accomplished after a one hour workout. The community and trainers behind the workout keeps my motivation going. I'm able to challenge myself and keep track of the effort that I put into by monitoring the training Zones. I always look forward to working out as opposed to the chore that it feel like before. What can I say, I think I have drank the Orange Kool-Aid and I love it!

Energetic and supportive team of coaches, consistently challenging and unique workouts, and great staff. OTF has been a great way for my wife and I to workout together yet at our own pace and effort level. OTF's strength/cardio workouts have been invaluable way to stay healthy and fit.

It's always a different,fun workout and I love the Lift 45 classes- they are a very nice addition! :)
