Best work out time. No independent thoughts here! I just moved for task to task without thinking about being tired or what I was going to do next. I didn’t have to worry about how to used the equipment. I normally join a gym -then I don’t know how to use the equipment so I don’t use it. I also don’t push myself because they is a lot of down time in between each task I do! This was easy and fun!!! And, best is all I feel like I can do this!!!

So far so good. Really glad you offer a 12:30 class on Saturday really makes all the difference for me. Instructors are great and the facility is always clean and tidy.

I like the variety of daily workouts changing, as well as within an hour you have weights, rowing and running combined for a total workout.

I love the coaching staff. They are very motivating and take time to show you the correct form to use whether it is on the treadmill, rower or free weights. We never have the same workout. Each day it is something different-something challenging. I love OTF Kyle!

The Coaches make or break the class! Coach Sarah Renker was awesome today and led a great workout! She's very encouraging and makes everyone in the class feel included!

Best front desk staff and the head coach is INCREDIBLE! One of the best coaches that I've ever had at OTF. Sarah is motivating and attentive to the members, has a positive attitude, and always corrects form on the weight floor. She knows all the members by name and makes the classes fun. She has set the bar extremely high for what to expect from a coach and it makes it hard to go to other studios, because she's so amazing! The front desk staff knows everyone by name and makes everyone feel at home. Always in a positive and uplifting mood. Downtown Austin is incredible and exceeds my expectations every time!

Also, I like how the trainers walk around the gym room watching for form and offer motivation/support during the workout.
