It's a guaranteed amazing 1 hour workout that automatically scales to wherever you're at fitness wise that day, since it's heartrate centered. LOVE IT!

Absolutely love the heart rate monitoring concept that makes OTF unique! For me, this is important to maintain good heart health. The Kyle coaches are also really awesome and enthusiastic each time I’ve gone!
