Easy to follow, great music, encouraging coaches.
All the workouts are well organized and designed to target all areas of your body. The workouts are coordinated nicely and the coaches do amazing job at correcting forms and/or helping with suggesting an alternative for anyone with restrictions. I love OTF and would recommend to anyone who wants to have both physical and mental stability.
Its a great workout, the staff are amazing and its worth the time put in.
It's challenging
There was a class trainer visiting from Oregon and it was my first class, but she took the time to help me with my form and made me feel welcomed. There are many places to get a workout but I liked the inclusion aspect of it so I'll keep coming back.
Coaches keep me motivated. Zone monitor lets me know when I need to push more or scale back.

No matter who is by your side running or doing weight I find just looking around the class is motivating
I wish there was a Friday timing that was 6.45 pm too like the other weekdays so if a coach is willing to teach this time I would like to come and maybe others may also agree with me ( a few maybe )
I love the 6.45 pm timing so that I can make it after work. I could do the 5.30 pm but with traffic it’s hard for me to be always on time for 5.30 class so I love the 6.45 class so pls don’t delete that because if you do people who go to work like me ( and not work from home ) would find it hard to come consistently.

Clear direction and support.
An entire body workout is what I enjoy and need and I definitely feel better energy wise. I am not losing actual pounds on the scale is my only concern.
I truly enjoy the Four Point staff, front desk people and coaches. Having my workout planned for me is such a bonus and I especially like that the workouts are different everyday. I have met and become friends with an amazing group of ladies. I live in Leander and come here because I love this community!
