I love that I can totally get out of my thinking brain and just move my body. They tell you/show you exactly what to do and you do it with whatever intensity you have in you that day. It’s a super efficient workout and only twice a week gets you the recommended cardio you need. The coaches are super supportive and keep you pumped up!

What I like about your workouts are the way they mix cardio and strength. The workouts are not just long distance running, they really work on making the lung and heart stronger.
The coaches are amazing and will help correct your form to avoid injuries. The workout is well coordinated, alternative exercises are offered if needed and awesome workout music. I leave every time feeling like I really gave it my all!

I love the variety of the workouts from day to day! Each workout has a purpose and it is to help you get stronger, have longer endurance, and more power! The coaches are amazing! The staff at the front desk are so positive and friendly! They have all become like family to me!❤️

Clean space, equipment and well ventilated workout room. Staff is always pleasant, positive and attentive to participants. All coaches are inspiring and motivating; workouts are well organized, fast paced and designed to address upper body, lower body, legs, arms, cardio, and endurance. All of the exercises vary from day to day (which is great). I have been going to a personal trainer on a regular basis for over 15 years and this is like having a personal trainer at a much more affordable price point.
Sales person was great — quick to the point, very helpful in directing my decision. She was awesome.

Very positive and encouraging environment. Coaches give great feedback on how you are doing and ensuring correct technique. The heart monitor that allows you to see how hard you are working via heart rate, calories burned, minutes in the optimum metabolic heart rate zones, and distance covered on treadmill and rowers, all provide an incentive to push yourself. Love the classes!

On your workouts, I could give or take your workout templates that you provide him however. Especially run-to-row. If anything, in all the time I've been with Orange Theory, makes me want to quit, aside from your incessant rate increasing, is that piece of trash template run-to-row. I literally feel like I could do nothing and have the same results.
