I like that the workouts are already planned out by the coaches. All of the coaches are so encouraging and high energy. You can tell they enjoy helping others with their health journey. The music always pumps me up and gets me moving. I highly highly recommend Bar W OTF!

I love that I can go at my own pace, but always want to push myself because of the encouragement of the coaches. The workouts are fun and there is a variety of exercises that alternate so it's rare to do the same workout twice. It's fun and lively and I feel great afterwards.

Consistency, great coaches (Kara, Shelby and Tyler are my faves). And huge difference in my strength and metabolism since I joined - in just 4 months!

The front desk team and coaches
That I don't have to stress over creating my own workout plan. I'm learning the basic foundations of moves and how to build mind to muscle connections.
However, I love doing the heavier floor sessions and working on improving my running base pace.
It is the perfect mix of cardio and strength training. All the coaches are fantastic! They help you and push you to be better!
The workouts are different every day! The coach’s are great.
It really works! And we have some of the best coaches who keep you motivated and focused!
They always have the friendliest and hard working staff, from the manager, to all of the front desk and trainers. They always make me feel welcome. The trainers are all very knowledgeable, personal and great at their job. The workout designs alway follow the OPT model, which is the best workout design imaginable. The hours work great for my schedule. I am also able to benefit more from the 5 hours a week that I exercise here, compared to the 8 hours a week that I was doing at the gym. They always play some of the greatest music, which always motivates me along with the words of encouragement from the trainers.
I like the structure and variety.
