I love coming into a packed room of all ages and abilities to be guided through my workout! The coaches are amazing: motivating and kind. The front office people are welcoming and knowledgeable. It’s been a wonderful experience and I’ve found my love of working out again. Thank you all.
I like that I get to have a coach that can teach me the proper form of and exercise and or correct me when I am doing it wrong, motivates me and I never get bored, the exercises are different every day.
I love the energy at Orangetheory and how we switch up what we are doing through the workout (strength, cardio, etc).
There is a perfect balance of intensity, variety in exercises, and length of time training that makes this a great workout. The coaches are well trained to provide a positive, encouraging, environment while overseeing everyone’s form to prevent injuries. Overall, it’s a very friendly and encouraging place. I felt very welcome from the first visit.
i like how you can go at your own pace, but i also like how it's a class and we're being coached throughout the workout. I love the running too!
It is a scheduled, comprehensive , one hour workout ran by an experienced coach….and EVERY time I go to a class, I’m glad I did.

The coaches are positive and keep you moving. It's a friendly environment where it feels like everyone is a team. The workouts actually work and I don't feel like I've injured myself every time I get out of class.
I just joined last week and I have enjoyed the classes a lot even if I’m not able to do everything 100% yet. The coaches and staff have been friendly and supportive.

Motivating, good full body workout in a supportive group setting
To be honest, I like the fact that it's fast paced, challanging and I don't have to do much thinking - I show up, follow the program and next thing I know an hour has passed and I've had a great workout!
The pace was excellent and the instructor, Logan, while patient, encouraged me to push a little harder and to correctly perform the exercises.
Staff and coaches are friendly and they help you learn what you're doing and about what you're doing!
I love the fact that you mix up treadmill work, rower work and weight room work all in one workout. It is fast paced and gets you a complete workout.
