What do you like about our workout?

I like that I don’t have to come up with routines. I can show up and all the decisions are made already, the workout, the music, etc. The coaches are awesome and motivating and if you don’t have the right form they will help you fix it so you get the full benefit of the workout. I also love that my friends and I can workout together and we keep each other motivated too! It’s a great community!

I like the coaches, the music, the friendly vibe by the staff, the flexibility with no judgement of the workout and the guidance on my form. I like everything except sit-ups and push-ups but I’m working on that ;)

I love OrangeTheory fitness so much. The coaches are absolutely amazing along with the rest of the staff. Everyone is so welcoming and motivating! There is seriously no other place I’d rather workout. The epic coaches make me stronger along with motivating me to be dedicated to living a healthy lifestyle.

Really love the workouts and how they always change. Love the music mix and most of all the staff. They are all awesome, provide encouragement and direction to make sure you do everything correctly! Love my OT!!

Coach Amanda is encouraging and positive while pushing me to do more than I thought I could. Being relatively young with a knee replacement, it has been hard to find a workout that pushed me without pain. OTF has been a game changer for my health goals!.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the Lift 45 class. It's exactly what I need to meet my fitness goals. All the coaches are wonderfully engaged to ensure proper lifting form and encourage everyone to reach their personal goals.

What do you like about our workout?

I, in general, love a group workout. I push myself harder in those scenarios.

OTF is well run, everyone is on time, the coaches are terrific (although I do miss Lauren). They way OTF is run, sets me up to get a good workout. If I don't, it is on me - not on OTF.

I also like the variety of music that is played and the variety of workout. Never get bored!

The people I work out with are very diverse! All different shapes, sizes and ages. I never feel out of place.

What do you like about our workout?

Kicks my butt every time. I don’t have to think or plan, it’s so efficient. I just show up, get a great workout and move on to the rest of my day. It’s the only thing I’ve ever tried that stuck for me. It’s now a permanent part of my schedule and has been for years.
