The workout is different every time and I like that each session you are working your entire body not just one area. I feel better and can tell I have a little more energy since starting my classes.

the workout is cardio focused and includes weight training to give you a really well rounded out workout. and the coaches keep you motivated and if you struggle with focusing on pushing yourself and working hard the monitors give you great target ranges

I like how it incorporates both cardio and weightlifting. I like the intervals and I really like how the instructors motivate you but don’t force or embarrass you into doing anything if you can’t do it.

I would definitely recommend this place. The coaches for the most part are tuned in to this participating, and I have an exception that was assisted and addressed with alternative solutions.

Bash is one of the very few who actually corrects/coaches members on proper form and exec. Very dynamic.
The variety
I always feel better mentally after an OTF workout! I think the cardio/weight combo is the best. I do not like the rower but know it is important to get a full workout so I’ll get over it. Great coach and staff!

I wish the class times were off-set on opposite days. For example, the 5:30pm class could be at 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays?
Or the 7:30am class could be at 8am a couple of days?
Some Brentwood classes start 30 minutes earlier but it's almost 30 minutes away, so it doesn't work out.
Just a thought!

Always different and challenging
The variety of the workout and pushing myself harder than I would at home gym!
Instructors are very good. They encourage and or correct you to get the most out of each session. The class times are good for me. The location is good for me. The class sizes are good for me. I need someone telling me what to do and how to do it when I work out and they do this for me. I can come in and not have to make myself workout or do a crumy job - they help me get the most out of each session. Love the music and upbeat atmosphere they provide--always positive.
Having a couch and everyone working at the same time makes all the difference in the world.
It's challenging so I know I will se results. Friendy trainers.
