I love how helpful and encouraging the staff is. I also love that the workouts challenge me and vary in content so as not to become routine or boring. The fact that I just show up and follow the coach's direction is just what I was looking for when I joined.
I love OTF workouts because they are always, without fail, a workout. I was anxious about attending because I thought I wouldn't be able to keep up, but I was pleasantly surprised the only real competition that takes place is with myself. I never feel pressured by the coaches to push harder than I can, which is not to say they aren't encouraging - by heeding their prompts to go just even 0.1% more on the tread, I've gone farther and harder than I thought I was capable. I've incorporated weights without feeling like an idiot, and I've come to love the ERG. There's not a single class where I don't leave wonderfully exhausted and waving down to everyone else from my post-workout high.

I get to turn off my brain and run, row, lift. I don't have to plan or track anything.
